“Aqua Therapy” is a cozy beachfront 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation rental condo nestled in the highly coveted Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort in Miramar Beach. Entering this 10th floor condo, you will love the spacious, open floorplan as you are greeted with a flawless view of the Gulf’s glittering blue and green waves. To your right, you will see the renovated kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. And don’t fret – we keep our kitchens well stocked with cooking and kitchen-ware to help you prepare any meal! The laundry area, with the convenience of a stacked washer and dryer, can be found in the kitchen as well. The dining table will seat 6 people comfortably with plenty of space for everyone. The living room is the go-to place to really unwind after a long day out and about in the sun or shopping. There is a couch and oversized armchairs to kick back in and enjoy a movie night on the flat screen HD TV. Near the kitchen, there is the door to the main master bedroom which has private access to your own balcony to enjoy the peacefulness and extraordinary view of the Gulf. The main master bedroom also features a flat screen HD TV, king-size bed, and huge ensuite bathroom with a granite countertop double sink vanity and, in a private room, a walk-in shower and jacuzzi/soaking tub. On the other side of the condo, just down the hallway, there is the smaller master bedroom. It features its own access to the private balcony (that can also be accessed from the living room), flat screen HD TV, king-size bed, stunning view of the pristine Gulf, and ensuite bathroom with granite countertop double sink vanity and walk-in shower. On the opposite end of the hallway, there is the guest bedroom that has 2 twin beds, a flat screen HD TV, plenty of drawers and closet space, and private access to the hallway bathroom. The hallway/guest bathroom is updated with granite countertops and a shower-tub combo for your guests’ convenience. Beach Manor 1010 really is the best vacation retreat for you, your family, and friends! Unit 1010 is an elegant Florida beach condo full of class, fun, and everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. We will provide your basic bed and bath linens, but please remember to bring your beach towels!
