Land Donation

Provide a future home site for a family to begin their new life.

Next to the monetary needs of building Habitat homes, our greatest challenge is finding land on which to build. Therefore, Knoxville Habitat for Humanity is continually working to identify property as a future home site.

Desirable lots and/or large parcels of land must:

  • Be located in Knox County
  • Be zoned residential
  • Be buildable
  • Have access to public water and sewer

If you would like to donate a parcel of land, have land to sell or can provide a lead on land acquisition, please contact Bill Terry (865.523.3539 ext. 118 / bterry@khfh.com) or Angie Sledge (865.523.3539 ext. 115 / asledge@khfh.com).

With your help, you may be helping us meet the first critical step in making sure a deserving family in our community can build a permanent home.
